Still Air
The jump happens where you let go.
What it is
A normal hill and a large one, two rounds each, and up to four people taking turns on one screen. Hold anywhere and the jumper crouches and starts down the in-run. Let go as the green band passes under the skis and he springs off the lip. Let go too early and he stands up and floats off short; keep holding and he rides off the end still crouched, and tumbles.
Distance is scored the way the sport scores it, 60 points at the K-point and points for every metre either side, and five judges mark the flight and landing out of 20 with the highest and lowest thrown away. The wind is drawn before you jump, it holds for the whole round, and everyone in that round gets the same one.

Before the first jump, tap the other hill to switch to it.
On a desktop, hold the mouse button or the space bar, and let go at the lip. There is no other key.
What isn't settled yet
Whether leaning in the air is worth having at all. Right now the flight is fixed once you leave the lip, and the whole game is the quarter second at the lip.
And whether a tall phone is the right shape for a hill that runs diagonally across the screen. It works, but it leaves an empty corner that a wide screen doesn't.

Build 4
A normal hill and a large one, two rounds each, four players on one screen. The take-off decides everything: the jumper crouches while the input is held and springs when it is let go, and the let-go is timed from the input event rather than the frame it lands in, so a slow device can't shift the jump. Wind is drawn before the round and held for it. Distance scores against the K-point, and five judges mark the flight with the outer two cards thrown away.
